Marion Wörle aka Frau<span style=""> </span>W (Laptop)
and Maciej Sledziecki (Guitar) 2006 in Cologne (). They released their first
album in 2009 (deleted scenes - satelita/a-Musik). </span></p>

</b></span><span style="font-family: Arial;">uses the vocabulary of sound-art as
it does elements from<span style=""> </span>psychedelia,
noise and Krautrock. The electronic music of the 90s and 2000s is also bursting
through every crack of their music. Refreshingly non-academic and equipped with
a fine sense of humor they bring great diversity to the day. So far they have
toured Germany, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Luxembourg, France, Poland, UK,
Hungary and collaborated with artists like Andrew Sharpley, Ignatz Schick, DJ
EP, Noel Akchote, John Tilbury, Eddie Prevost. </span></p>

</b></span><span style="font-family: Arial;">wurde 2001 in Hamburg von Laszlo
P.S. und Sofia E.R. ins Leben gerufen. Nachdem man die Vorreiterprojekte
(ANENCEPHALIC CRETINSTS, MANDARINE DUCK u.v.a.) zu Grabe getragen hatte, wollte
man sich neue Ziele setzen: elektronische Klänge mit altmodischen Instrumenten
zu verbinden, um Themen traditioneller und esoterischer Natur zu vertonen – ein
Versuch, die Moderne zu bewältigen und der</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style=""><span style="font-family: Arial;">Bitterkeit
dem Weltlichen gegenüber, einen Ausdruck zu geben.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style=""><span style="font-family: Arial;"><b>WERMUT</b></span><span style="font-family: Arial;">s Musik lässt sich nur schwer einordnen. In den
letzten Jahren hat man sich vom 80er Minimal-Electro und Post-Industrial
weitgehend entfernt, um die Gebiete der Berliner Schule, des Kraut-Rocks, der
Gitarren-Drones und des Kaskadischen Post-Black-Metals zu erforschen. Der
einzige rote Faden</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style=""><span style="font-family: Arial;">zwischen
„postapokalyptischem Minimal-Wave“ und „psychedelischem Electro-Prog“ bleibt
die immer wiederkehrende Thematisierung der „Tradition“ und der immer währende
Drang den Werken des französischen Metaphysikers René Guénon Tribut zu zollen.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style=""><span style="font-family: Arial;">Die
Musik von Wermut wurde auf Old Europa Cafe, Kernkrach, Enfant Terrible, Punch
Records und dem eigenen Label TuT/RuR Tonträger veröffentlicht. Über die Jahre
wurde mit anderen Musikern wie NOVY SVET, HIS DIVINE GRACE, ECHO WEST, Ô
PARADIS, AIT und DITTERICH VON EULER - DONNERSPERG zusammengearbeitet.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style=""><span style="font-family: Arial;">Seit
2008 zählt auch der Berliner Multiinstrumentalist Leo (des
Post-Mediterranea-Drone Projekts NIEDOWIERZANIE) zur Band, die jetzt als Trio
auftritt.</span></p>
